1. How much do your cakes cost?

It’s impossible to offer a “hard-and-fast” price list, since each cake is different and we don’t produce in a massive way. Every cake is unique and customized with exquisite design for each client and each occasion. We don’t rush, we use premium ingredients, we like to work in every detail, and we start from scratch. Our minimum order starts at $200.


2. When should I book my cake?

For most customers, usually two months in advance is good for regular celebrations. We cannot guarantee prices nor availability before a contract is signed.  For a wedding event, most couples book us six months in advance. Depending on availability, we may be able to book last minute cakes. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate you.


3. How to order?

If you have questions and would like to submit your inquiry, please use this web form.
If you don’t have something specific in mind for your cake, I will be happy to assist you. I will need your colors preferences, a theme, and your budget and will sketch some ideas for you. We will work back and forth until we have a design that you want.
If you have submitted your inquiry, we will reply to you within 24 hours and send an invoice with payments details. By using the form, you are in agreement with our terms & policies.  A 50% deposit is required to book our services (non-refundable). We will only accept deposits upon agreement on both design & pricing.

5. Balance

The balance of your order will need to be canceled a week before your event. Wedding cakes needs to be canceled 2 weeks prior to the event. For cake orders with an event date within 2 weeks time, a full payment will be required when booking.


6. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept both cash and personal checks. As much as we would like to accept credit cards or take online payments, we are not allowed by law. Please notice that we are required to receive payment at our place of operation. Mailed checks are acceptable and we will gladly receive them. (Please refer to Texas Cottage Food Law)


7. Orders, changes and cancellations

Once the design is approved and your deposit has been paid, we can not decrease the grand total. We started working weeks in advance with decorations. Please remember that creating figures and sugar flowers is a manual art that takes time. We want our cakes to be fully detailed and we must allow for decorations to dry properly and naturally. As described above, deposits are non-refundable.


8. Do you deliver?

Yes. However, delivery is not included with your order. Delivery costs vary and are based on distance. There is a base charge of $1/mile, with a minimum of $20.
For wedding events, we strongly recommend that we deliver and set up your cake for you. Stacked cakes can be very fragile and it is important that they are transported and handled correctly. We will deliver your cake on the morning of your wedding and ensure that it is displayed correctly and safely.


9. Do you bake gluten-free products?

Yes. Our fondant is always gluten free. For the cake flavor (body) we offer vanilla and chocolate glutten-free options for those with wheat allergies.


10. Do you have a license from the State Health Department?

No. We operate our business under the Texas Cottage Food law that took effect on September 2011.
We are extremely conscious of your healthcare and safety. We operate under strict sanitary conditions and only use natural,  high-quality ingredients, as described in OUR PROMISE section of our website.
