Thank you for your interest in our handcrafted, premium cakes. Please use the forms below to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We suggest that you book us 2 to 6 months in advance for wedding cakes, and at least 3 weeks prior for all other events. Last minute booking is possible and based on availability.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required (non-refundable). The deposit will be credited towards the grand total.
Our Terms and Policies
Artisan Cake Boutique Terms & Policies:
Orders: Minimum order: $200. We do not sell our edible flowers or sugar decorations as individual products. Price guarantee and availability: we cannot guarantee prices nor availability before a contract is signed. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book our services (non-refundable). We will only accept deposits upon agreement on both design & pricing. Balance: The balance of your order will need to be canceled a week before your event. Wedding cakes needs to be canceled 2 weeks prior to the event. For cake orders with an event date within 2 weeks time, a full payment will be required when booking. Orders changes and cancellations: Once the design is approved and your deposit has been paid, we will not decrease the grand total. Deposit is non-refundable. Delivery: delivery is not included with your order. Delivery costs vary and are based on distance. There is a base charge of $1/mile, with a minimum of $20. Food Allergies: Our fondant is gluten free. We offer vanilla and chocolate glutten-free options for those with wheat allergies. Customer must indicate at time of booking about any existing food allergies. Our kitchen handles wheat products and is not 100% gluten-free.
